Shipping policy

How it works

We don't ship from a warehouse. Every bag is roasted when you order it — that's the whole point. That means there's a short window between when you place your order and when it ships while we roast your coffee.

Processing time: 1–3 business days. This is roasting time, not a delay.

Shipping time: 2–5 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location.

Total time from order to delivery: typically 3–8 business days.

Orders of 3 or more bags Free
Subscriptions — 2 or more bags Free

 

We ship anywhere in the United States.


Subscriptions

Subscription orders follow the same processing and shipping schedule as one-time orders. Your bag is roasted fresh every month when your order processes — not pre-roasted and held.

You can change your roast preference, skip a month, or cancel anytime before your next order processes. Log in to your account or use the Manage My Subscription link to make changes.


Questions about your order

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of placing it, contact us and we'll track it down. Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside our control, but we'll do everything we can to help.
