Refund Policy
Because we sell food, we don't accept returns. Once a bag ships, it can't come back.
That said, if something goes wrong - your order arrives damaged, there's an issue with the roast, or something just isn't right - reach out and we'll do what we can to make it right.
To request a refund: Contact us at dan.strobel@gradaluca.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Tell us what happened. We usually respond within 1 business day.
What qualifies:
- Order arrived damaged in shipping
- Wrong item was sent
- Roast quality issue on our end
What doesn't qualify:
- You ordered the wrong roast (please reach out anyway - we'll see what we can do!)
- You changed your mind after the order was placed and roasting began
Subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next order processes. Once an order has been placed and roasting has begun, it follows the same policy as a one-time order.
